Domaine du Pergaud 2016 - AOC Brézème Vieilles Serines

This batch is 100% made from over 70 years old Syrah locally called "Serine". Dark and rich in colour with pepper and blackberry hints. Great with all kinds of meat but it is especially nice with lamb and game.
