An iconic Australian winemaker makes this wine. He produces elegant wines with lots of fruit and freshness. The nose is marked by ripe fruit typical of the southern terroirs. The texture is silky and fine on the palate supported by a floral and gently spicy finish. A truly great Roussillon wine !
